Zhongnan University of Economics and Law awarded scholarships to 13 students of the IUB

In collaboration with Institute of Business, Management & Administrative Sciences, the prestigious Zhongnan University of Economics and Law (ZUEL China) awarded thirteen (13) fully funded scholarships Chinese Government & University Scholarship to the students of the Islamia University of Bahawalpur. The Vice Chancellor Engr. Prof. Dr. Athar Mahboob congratulated the selected students and praised the efforts of Prof. Dr. Jawad Iqbal, Dean Faculty of Management Sciences & Commerce and Mr. Afaq Ahmad, Lecturer/Coordinator MoU for achieving this milestone. It is important to mention here that ZUEL is among the top ranked universities in the field of economics, finance and law and these scholarships worth millions of rupees with highest number of scholarships given to candidates of the Islamia University of Bahawalpur.

اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاول پور کے 13 طلباء وطالبات اعلیٰ تعلیم کے لیے چین کی زونگنان یونیورسٹی میں سکالر شپ پر منتخب ہوئے ہیں۔ ان طلباء وطالبات نے انجینئر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر اطہرمحبوب وائس چانسلر اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاول پور سے ملاقات کی۔ ملاقات میں ڈین فیکلٹی آف مینجمنٹ اینڈ کامرس پروفیسر ڈاکٹر جواد اقبال، لیکچرار آفاق احمد، محمد وسیم سٹاف آفیسر اور دیگر موجود تھے۔ وائس چانسلر نے کہا کہ اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاول پور ملک کی ان چند جامعات میں سے ایک ہے جن کے طلباء وطالبات اعلیٰ تعلیم کے لیے سکالرشپ پر منتخب ہو رہے ہیں۔ یہ بات اہم ہے کہ زونگنان یونیورسٹی معاشیات، فنانس اور قانون میں دنیا کی اہم ترین جامعات میں شمار ہوتی ہے۔ اس یونیورسٹی کی جانب سے سب سے زیادہ تعداد میں سکالرشپ کی فراہمی ہماری جامعہ کے معیار کی روشن دلیل ہے۔ یہ بات قابل ذکر ہے کہ اس سے قبل سیچوان زرعی یونیورسٹی چین بھی ہر سال اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاول پور کے 20 طلباء وطالبات کو مکمل سکالر شپ فراہم کرتی ہے۔ وائس چانسلر نے اس سلسلے میں ڈائریکٹوریٹ آف انٹرنیشنل لنکجز ڈاکٹر عابد شہزاد کی کاوشوں کو بھی سراہا۔
