The Islamia University of Bahawalpur organized an Art Exhibition titled Workplace Harassment Breaking the Silence.

The University College of Art & Design in collaboration with the Center for Prevention of Harassment, The Islamia University of Bahawalpur, organized an impactful art exhibition titled Workplace Harassment Breaking the Silence. The exhibition featured thought-provoking artworks created by University College of Art & Design students, showcasing their creative skills while highlighting the critical importance of workplace safety and dignity. The artworks were displayed at the Drawing Studio of University College of Art & Design, attracting faculty members, students, and distinguished guests. The exhibition was inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran Vice Chancellor of The Islamia University of Bahawalpur. The Guests of Honor included Prof. Dr. Rubina Bhatti, Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences, and Prof. Dr. Syed Amir Sohail, Dean, Faculty of Arts and Languages. They graced the occasion and appreciated the faculty and students for organizing such a meaningful and impactful exhibition. Prof. Dr. Rubina Bhatti particularly commended the Principal of University College of Art & Design for her dedication, commitment, and thoughtful efforts in addressing such a sensitive and significant issue through art. Other distinguished guests, especially faculty members from various departments of the university, also visited the exhibition and praised the initiative. They emphasized that addressing workplace harassment through artistic expression is a powerful way to raise awareness and encourage meaningful dialogue among students and the wider community. Dr. Farhana Altaf Qureshi, Principal, University College of Art & Design, expressed her appreciation for the efforts of faculty members and students in making such exhibitions an essential part of University College of Art & Design’s creative and educational journey.
