President District Press Club Rahim Yar Khan Javed Iqbal has lauded the effects of the Vice Chancellor the Islamia University of Bahawalpur Engr. Prof. Dr. Athar Mahboob for the scholarship for 2 children every semester for the children of journalists of Rahim Yar Khan who get admission on merit, the children of journalists will have access to higher education. President Press Club Rahim Yar Khan Javed Iqbal expressed these views during a meeting with Director Campus Rahim Yar Khan Umair Ashraf and Director Press Media and Publications Shahzad Ahmed Khalid at the Press Club. Secretary Press Club Bilal Habib and other officials were also present on this occasion. President Press Club further said that the increase in education opportunities for the youth is a reflection of the vision of the Vice Chancellor, Engr. Prof. Dr. Athar Mahboob. Under which the doors of the Islamia University of Bahawalpur are open and they are benefiting from quality education. He said that Rahim Yar Khan Campus is very important as it is located in the last district of Punjab on joining point of three provinces the Punjab, Sindh and Balochistan. The measures taken for its development and the increase in the number of faculty and students are significant for the economic and educational development of District Rahim Yar Khan.

صدر ڈسٹرکٹ پریس کلب رحیم یار خان جاوید اقبال نے کہا ہے کہ وائس چانسلر اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاول پورانجینئر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر اطہر محبو ب کی جانب سے رحیم یار خان کے صحافیوں کے بچوں کے لیے میرٹ پر داخل ہونے والے طلباء وطالبات کے لیے ہر سیمسٹر میں 2 بچوں کے لیے سکالرشپ کی بدولت صحافیوں کے بچوں کو اعلیٰ تعلیم تک رسائی حاصل ہو گی۔ صدر پریس کلب رحیم یار خان جاوید اقبال نے ان خیالات کا اظہار ڈائریکٹر کیمپس رحیم یار خان عمیر اشرف اور ڈائریکٹر پریس میڈیا اینڈ پبلیکیشنز شہزاد احمد خالد سے پریس کلب میں ملاقات کے دوران کیا۔ اس موقع پر سیکرٹری پریس کلب بلال حبیب اور دیگر عہدیداران بھی موجود تھے۔ اس موقع پر صدر پریس کلب نے مزید کہا کہ نوجوانوں کے لیے تعلیم کے مواقعوں میں اضافہ وائس چانسلر کے ویژن کا عکاس ہے۔ جس کے تحت اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاول پور کے دروازے کھلے ہیں اور وہ معیاری تعلیم سے مستفید ہو رہے ہیں۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ رحیم یار خان کیمپس پنجاب کے آخری ضلع میں واقع ہونے کے باعث بہت اہمیت کا حامل ہے۔ اس کی ترقی کے لیے ہونے والے اقدامات فیکلٹی او ر طلباء کی تعداد میں اضافہ اور ترقی کے لیے ہونے والے اقدام ضلع رحیم یار خان کی معاشی اور تعلیمی ترقی کے لیے نیک شگون ہیں۔
