Scholarships worth 7.3 million rupees were distributed among deserving students in the Islamia University of Bahawalpur Bahawalnagar Campus. Director Campus Dr. Rafaqat Ali, Deputy Director of Student Affairs Aurangzeb Watto, Dr. Misbah Akhtar, Representative of Directorate of Financial Institutions Umeer Mukhtar, in-charges of various departments and committee members interviewed about 1300 students for five days and awarded scholarships to deserving candidates. Speaking in this regard, Director Campus Bahawalnagar Campus said that he is grateful to the Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Naveed Akhtar for providing scholarships to a large number of deserving students. The provision of these scholarships will prove to improve the educational activities. Director Campus Bahawalnagar also emphasized the need to provide more scholarships to the sub-campuses and said that the students of Bahalwalnagar campus are not less than any other in talent and ability and they should be encouraged by providing more scholarships.

اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور بہاولنگر کیمپس میں گزشتہ دنوں مستحق طلباء و طالبات میں 73 لاکھ روپے مالیت کے وظائف تقسیم کیے گئے۔ ڈائریکٹر کیمپس ڈاکٹر رفاقت علی، ڈپٹی ڈائریکٹر سٹوڈنٹ افیئرز اورنگزیب وٹو، ڈاکٹر مصباح اختر، ڈائریکٹوریٹ آف فنانشل انسٹنس کے نمائندے عمیر مختار، مختلف شعبہ جات کے انچارج اور کمیٹی ممبران نے پانچ روز تک تیرہ سوکے قریب طلباء و طالبات کے انٹرویوز کیے اور مستحق امیدواروں کو سکالرشپ ایوارڈ کیے۔ ڈائریکٹر کیمپس بہاولنگر نے اس حوالے سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ بڑی تعداد میں مستحق طلباء وطالبات کو وظائف کی فراہمی پر وائس چانسلر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر نوید اختر کے شکر گزار ہیں۔ ان وظائف کی فراہمی تعلیمی سرگرمیوں میں بہتری لانے کا باعث ثابت ہوگی۔ ڈائریکٹر کیمپس بہاولنگر نے سب کیمپسز کو مزید وظائف کی فراہمی کی ضرورت پر بھی زور دیا اور کہا کہ بہاولنگر کیمپس کے طلباء وطالبات ٹیلنٹ اور قابلیت میں کسی سے کم نہیں ہیں اور انہیں مزید سکالر شپس فراہم کرکے مزید حوصلہ افزائی کی جائے۔
