The Department of Gender Studies at The Islamia University of Bahawalpur stands as a premier center for critical scholarship, interdisciplinary research, and academic innovation. Established in 2009 to address the multifaceted dimensions of gender dynamics in society. Currently, department is offering BS and MS/M.Phil. Programs, and department is in the process to offer PhD Gender Studies very soon. Our academic framework rigorously examines how gender intersects with culture, politics, economics, and law, utilizing contemporary theoretical paradigms and empirical methodologies.
