The Materials Innovation & Computation (MIC) group was founded in 2023 by Dr. Muhammad Nasir Rasul at the Bahawalnagar Campus of The Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Punjab, Pakistan. Its vision is to accelerate the campus’s growing research activity and bring the innovative work of its scholars to the global stage.
MIC provides a vibrant platform where ideas in materials science can flourish and gain international visibility. By positioning materials research as an interdisciplinary core of modern science, the group enables deeper integration with emerging fields and promotes collaborative discovery.
