12 August 2026: Vice Chancellor, The Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran today officially unveiled and launched the book “Faculty of Physical & Mathematical Sciences, The Islamia University of Bahawalpur: A Chronicle of Growth, 2022–2026”. The event was held at the Vice Chancellor Secretariat, Baghdad ul Jadeed Campus.

The Islamia University of Bahawalpur was established in the year 1975 by upgrading historical institute of the Jamia Abbasia.
