Profile Summary

Dr. Zulfiqar Ali holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia with a specialization in climate change modeling, particularly in the application of machine learning and statistical analysis for climate extreme events. He also earned a Master's degree in Hydraulics, Irrigation, and Drainage, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Currently serving as a Lecturer at The Islamia University of Bahawalpur, he has contributed significantly to research on climate risk assessment, water resource management, and hydrology. Dr. Ali has authored several peer-reviewed publications in high-impact journals, focusing on climate extremes in Pakistan and the MENA region, and has received multiple  international scholarships and a best research paper award. His active involvement in academic supervision, collaborative projects, and peer review for leading journals further underscores his commitment to advancing climate science.
