About Me
Dr. Shakeel Ahmad Khan is working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Information Management, at the Islamia University of Bahawalpur. He received Gold Medal award in MLIS at IUB (2008). He is a prolific researcher in his field. He got published more than 70 research papers in peer-reviewed journals including impact factor journals. He achieved International Paper Contest Award by ASIS&T in 2019. He has also presented several research papers in National and International conferences. He is serving as Associate Editor of Journal of Information Management and Practices (HEC recognized journal). His areas of interest in the field of Library & Information Science include research in libraries, emerging technologies in libraries, innovative library services. He is also serving as M. Phil and PhD research supervisor. He worked as a professional and academician at Govt. College University, Lahore and University of Sargodha as well.
