About Me
Dr. Shahjahan Masud is currently working as an Associate Lecturer in the Department of Administrative Sciences, Institute of Business, Management and Administrative Sciences at The Islamia University of Bahawalpur. He has completed his Ph.D. and Global MBA from the world’s renowned TripleCrown institutes. Moreover, Dr. Masud has received the Chinese government (CSC) scholarship to study Ph.D. (EFMD EQUIS and EMBA accredited). Before this, he secured a competitive scholarship from the Government of Pakistan to study Global MBA (AACSB, AMBA Accredited).
His research areas include but are not limited to Public Management, Services Marketing, AI in Service Delivery, Consumer Behavior, etc. Dr. Masud has published his research in leading international journal(s), and HEC recognized W-Category journals. Similarly, more research papers are under review. In addition to this, recently his paper is accepted in a leading service conference in England sponsored by the American Marketing Association (AMA), INFORMS & University of Maryland.
Beside Academics, he has smoothly performed his duties as a Networking Head for a body of 1300 International students during his Global-MBA
