About Me
Dedicated and motivated Lecturer with over four years of experience in higher education, currently serving in the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at The Islamia University of Bahawalpur since 2022. Experienced in teaching undergraduate students across a wide range of business disciplines, including Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, Business Communication, Business Mathematics, Entrepreneurship, and other management-related courses. Committed to fostering critical thinking, practical problem-solving, and industry-oriented learning through student-centered teaching practices.
Currently pursuing a PhD in Management Sciences at The Islamia University of Bahawalpur (enrolled in Fall 2024) to further strengthen academic and research expertise. Holds an MBA from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) (2021) and a BBA from The Islamia University of Bahawalpur (2018).
In addition to teaching, actively contributes to academic administration and departmental operations. Currently serving as the Nominee Chairman of the Department and as a member of the Examination Team, ensuring the effective coordination of academic and assessment activities. Previously served as In-charge Student Affairs, facilitating student engagement and addressing academic concerns. Responsible for managing the department's Learning Management System (LMS), resolving student queries, and supporting the smooth delivery of academic activities.
Also coordinates the department's undergraduate internship program by overseeing internship requirements, evaluating internship reports, and assessing student performance. Has supervised numerous undergraduate Final Year Projects (FYPs) for BBA and BS Entrepreneurship students, providing academic guidance throughout the research process. Recognized for strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills, with a commitment to academic excellence, quality assurance, student development, and continuous institutional improvement.
