Research and Development Projects
1. Synthesis of N-Heterocyclic Multi Target Drug Candidates to Treat Diabetes andOxidative Stress
With: ORIC IUB (2023-02 - 2024-02)
As heterocyclic compounds have a wide range of medicinal benefits so keeping in view these benefits this project was designed aiming to synthesize a new series of heterocyclic derivatives and their metal complexes. Then prepared compounds screened through molecular docking to explore their in silico bioactivity and structure activity relationship. In vitro activities such as antioxidant potential of synthesized compounds will be measured through free radical scavenging assays like DPPH, NO etc. to explore their potential in the field of medicinal chemistry.
