About Me
Professor Rubina Bhatti is a distinguished scholar and transformative leader in the social sciences, with over three decades of excellence in academia and administration. She currently serves as the Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences at The Islamia University of Bahawalpur (IUB). Known for her visionary approach, Professor Rubina Bhatti has pioneered initiatives that promote innovation, civic engagement, and social inclusion within higher education. Her leadership has strengthened research culture, advanced institutional governance, and aligned academic priorities with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). She has held several key positions at IUB, including Patron of the SDGs Collaboration Center and the Fatima Jinnah Women Leadership Center, Director of the Center for Prevention of Harassment and Discrimination, Editor-in-Chief of leading journals, and Chairperson of major academic and policy committees. Through her dedication to equity, empowerment, and community partnership, Professor Rubina Bhatti continues to inspire meaningful change in both academic and societal spheres.
