About Me
Dr. Muzammil Mukhtar obtained his PhD in Mathematics from the Abdus Salam School of Mathematical Sciences (ASSMS), Government College University Lahore, Pakistan. His research interests are in Pure Mathematics, particularly in algebra, ring theory, graph theory and related areas. He has published several research articles in well-reputed international peer-reviewed journals.
He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor on regular basis in the Department of Mathematics at The Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar Campus, a position he has held since 2021. In addition to his teaching responsibilities, he has supervised more than 25 MPhil students, contributing to the academic and research development of postgraduate scholars at Bahawalnagar Campus.
Dr. Mukhtar has actively participated in numerous national and international conferences, workshops, and academic meetings. He has presented his research and engaged with the global mathematical community at conferences held in Mexico, the United States, France, South Africa, Norway, and the United Arab Emirates. His academic interests focus on advancing research in pure mathematics while promoting excellence in teaching, supervision, and scholarly collaboration.
