About Me
Seasoned professional and skilled instructor with solid acumen and passion for developing new pathologists with skills to meet ever-changing nature of pathology of diseases. Experienced in teaching courses including General pathology, Systemic Pathology, Clinical Pathology, Poultry Pathology, Immunopathology, Pathology of Intoxication & zoonotic diseases.
I am also a practicing pathologist with extensive expertise in clinical laboratory diagnostics, particularly in poultry and ruminant disease diagnosis. I am skillful in techniques ranging from hematology, biochemistry, ELISA, PCR and molecular assays to histopathology, enabling precise confirmation and interpretation of disease.
My research is dedicated to emerging zoonotic infections and poultry diseases. In addition, I have been trained for the development of diagnostic assays and performing sero-epidemiological studies. Currently, I am working on the Molecular epidemiology of Public health, animal and poultry diseases. Further, Molecular pathology and use of molecular biology in diagnosis of food animal and poultry diseases.
