He did his bachelor of science B.SC (Physics, Math A,B) from the University of the Punjab. He has earned his M.Sc Applied Physics degree from University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore (UET) with distinction Gold Medal. He completed his M.Phil Appled Physics degree from his alma mater University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore with research Title" Investigations on the optical and electrical properties of irradiated polymers" resulting into w-category publication.
He has considerable research experience in the radiation physics of condensed materials. Within the area of Radiation Physics, his main areas of expertise are radiation interaction, radiation detection and irradiation impacts on electrical and optical properties of materials and advanced characterization techniques such as SEM, AFM, XRD, Four Probe Conductivity, UV and FTIR spectroscopy.
He is currently focusing his research interests and activities on flexible electrodes for solar cells and Lithium-ion batteries.
