About Me

Dr. Muhammad Imran Rasheed did his Post Doctorate from USTC China in 2019. Before this he did Ph.D. in Business Administration, MS Management Sciences, and BBA (Hons). He is currently serving Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management, SBM&AS IUB as Head of the Department. His areas of research include but are not limited to tourism and hospitality management, organizational behavior, leadership, careers, voice, and management information systems. Dr. Rasheed has published his research papers in world leading research journals such as Tourism Management, Waste Management, Computers & Education, Personnel Review, Ethics and Behavior, Behavior and Information Technology, The Social Science Journal, International Journal of Communication Systems, and Technology in Society. His current accumulative Impact Factor is 40.01. Dr. Rasheed is an Editorial Board Member of Journal of Career Development (SSCI, I.F 1.474) and is a regular reviewer of the leading research journals including Academy of Management Proceedings, International Journal of Hospitality Management (SSCI, I.F 6.701), Current Issues in Tourism (SSCI, I.F 4.147), and Journal of Vocational Behavior (4.075). He has also been the "Guest Editor" for Journal of Public Affairs (ABDC ranked, Q2, Web of Science and Scopus indexed journal).  
Besides academia, Dr. Rasheed has served the banking industry for more than four years. He has a vast experience of teaching at the leading higher educational institutes including USTC China, COMSATS University Islamabad, and Islamia University Bahawalpur.
