Vice Chancellor the Islamia University Bahawalpur and Vice Chairman Pakistan Technology Council Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran delivered a special lecture on the topic of Outcome Based Education at Lahore College for Women University. The topic of the lecture was to promote learning motivation, teaching and achieving better academic performance. During his address, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran emphasized the need to bridge the gap in traditional teaching by adopting a performance-based educational framework. He highlighted the importance of making the teaching process student-centered, aligning the curriculum with measurable outcomes and industry requirements, and empowering educationists with modern research skills. On this occasion, a commemorative shield was presented by the Vice Chancellor of Lahore College for Women University, Professor Dr. Uzma Qureshi, to pay tribute to the expert services of Professor Dr. Muhammad Kamran.

وائس چانسلر اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور اور وائس چیئرمین پاکستان ٹیکنالوجی کونسل پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد کامران نے لاہور کالج فار ویمن یونیورسٹی میں آوٹ کم بیسڈ ایجوکیشن کے موضوع پر ایک خصوصی لیکچر دیا۔ لیکچر کا موضوع سیکھنے کی حوصلہ افزائی تدریس کے فروغ اور بہتر تعلیمی کارکردگی کے حصول تھا ۔ اپنے خطاب کے دوران پروفیسر ڈاکٹرمحمد کامران نے کارکردگی پر مبنی تعلیمی فریم ورک کو اپناتے ہوئے روایتی تدریسی خلا کو پر کرنے کی ضرورت پر زور دیا۔ تدریسی عمل کو طلباءوطالبات پر مرکوز کرتے ہوے نصاب کو قابل پیمائش نتائج اور صنعتی تقاضوں کے ساتھ ہم آہنگ اور ماہرین تعلیم کو جدید تحقیقی مہارت کےساتھ بااختیار بنانے کی اہمیت اجاگر کی ۔ اس موقع پر وائس چانسلر لاہور کالج فار ویمن یونیورسٹی پروفیسر ڈاکٹر عظمیٰ قریشی کی جانب سے پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد کامران کی ماہرانہ خدمات کو خراج تحسین پیش کرنے کے لیے یادگاری شیلڈ پیش کی گئی ۔
