The first introductory meeting of the IUB Digital and Social Media Society was held at the Baghdad ul Jadeed Campus.

The office bearers of IUB Digital and Social Media Society organised its first introductory meeting with its advisor / mentor and co-advisors at office of the Director Center for Media, Society and Democracy at Syed Tabish Alvari Building. The meeting was jointiy chaired by Dr Bushra Saddiq, Jam Sajjad Hussain, Dr Kalsoom Akhtar, and Dr Nausheen Nawaz and was attended by President Society Hamza Farooq, Senior Vice President Jahanzaib Shah, Vice President-1 Mukarma Shafqat, Vice President-2 Benish Rai, Akif Ali, Musfirah Athar, Laiba Maryam, Eman Sajid, Atiq Rehman, Muhammad Hamid, Muhammad Umer Farooq, Arzam Arshad, Sidra Aslam and Bisma Habib. The office bearers discussed different ideas for projection of selling features of the institute.
