The delegation of Probationary Officers of 53rd CTP from Civil Services Academy Lahore visited the IUB

Officers of the 53rd Common Training Program undergoing training at the Civil Services Academy Lahore paid a two-day visit to the Islamia University of Bahawalpur. The delegation was briefed about the administrative, teaching, research and development projects of the Islamia University of Bahawalpur. On the first day, the members of the delegation met with Registrar Muhammad Shaji ur Rehman, Treasurer Bashir Hussain, Additional Controller of Examinations Rana Muhammad Ashraf and other officers at the Abbasia Campus. On this occasion, Director Public Relations Dr. Shahzad Ahmed Khalid gave a detailed briefing on the history of the university and related matters. The members of the delegation also visited the University Medical Center and Transport Division where Chief Medical Officer Dr. Usman Cheema and Principal Transport Officer Sammar Waheed gave a briefing. During the visit to the Faculty of Law, Dean Faculty of Law Prof. Dr. Rao Imran Habib informed about the training and practice of law. At the Khawaja Farid Campus, Prof. Dr. Qaiser Jabeen, Dean Faculty of Pharmacy, informed about the professional education related to the departments of Pharmacy and Allied Health Sciences. The delegation attended a public policy dialogue organized by the Chairman of the Department of Public Administration, Dr. Shahbaz Ali Khan, where a detailed discussion was held on the civil services structure, responsibilities and services in Pakistan. On the second day, the Department of Administrative Sciences, Institute of Business and Administrative Sciences, Dean, Prof. Dr. Jawad Iqbal and Chairman Dr. Shahid Mahmood had a detailed discussion on CSS exams, district administrative affairs and civil services opportunities for various professional groups and youth. Principal of Nursing College, Farhan Mukhtar, informed about the national and international importance of the nursing sector during the visit. The members of the delegation appreciated the creative talents of the students of the University College of Arts and Design. The head of the delegation, Ms. Pooja thanked the Vice Chancellor, Professor Dr. Muhammad Kamran, for the arrangements and briefings for the two-day visit.

بہاولپور (پ ر) سول سروسز اکیڈمی لاہور میں زیر تربیت 53 ویں کامن ٹریننگ پروگرام کے افسران نے اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور کا دو روزہ دورہ کیا۔ وفد نے اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور کے انتظامی تدریسی تحقیقی اور ترقیاتی منصوبوں سے متعلق آگاہی حاصل کی۔ پہلے روز وفد کے ارکان نے عباسیہ کیمپس میں رجسٹرار محمد شجیع الرحمن، خزانہ دار بشیر حسین، ایڈیشنل کنٹرولر امتحانات رانا محمد اشرف و دیگر افسران سے ملاقات کی۔ اس موقع پر ڈائریکٹر پبلک ریلیشنز ڈاکٹر شہزاد احمد خالد نے یونیورسٹی کی تاریخ اور متعلقہ امور پر تفصیلی بریفنگ دی۔ وفد کے ارکان نے یونیورسٹی میڈیکل سنٹر اور ٹرانسپورٹ ڈویژن کا بھی دورہ کیا جہاں پر چیف میڈیکل آفیسر ڈاکٹر عثمان چیمہ اور پرنسپل ٹرانسپورٹ آفیسر ثمر وحید نے بریفنگ دی۔ فیکلٹی آف لاء کے دورے کے دوران ڈین فیکلٹی آف لاء پروفیسر ڈاکٹر راؤ عمران حبیب نے قانون کی تربیت اور پریکٹس سے متعلق آگاہ کیا۔ خواجہ فرید کیمپس میں پروفیسر ڈاکٹر قیصر جبیں ڈین فیکلٹی آف فارمیسی نے فارمیسی اور الائیڈ ہیلتھ سائنسز میں شعبہ جات سے متعلق پیشہ ورانہ تعلیم سے متعلق بتایا۔ وفد نے شعبہ پبلک ایڈمنسٹریشن چیئرمین ڈاکٹر شہباز علی خان کی جانب سے منعقدہ پبلک پالیسی ڈائیلاگ میں شرکت کی جہاں پر پاکستان میں سول سروسز سٹریکچر ذمہ داریاں اور خدمات پر تفصیلی تبادلہ خیال کیا۔ دوسرے روز شعبہ ایڈمنسٹریٹو سائنسز انسٹی ٹیوٹ آف بزنس اینڈ ایڈمنسٹریٹو سائنسز ڈین پروفیسر ڈاکٹر جواد اقبال اور چیئرمین ڈاکٹر شاہد محمود نے سی ایس ایس امتحانات ضلعی انتظامی امور اور مختلف پیشہ ورانہ گروپوں اور نوجوانوں کے لیے سول سروسز مواقعوں سے متعلق تفصیلی گفتگو کی۔ پرنسپل نرسنگ کالج فرحان مختار نے دورے کے دوران نرسنگ کے شعبے کی قومی اور بین الاقوامی اہمیت سے آگاہ کیا۔ وفد کےارکان نے یونیورسٹی کالج آف آرٹس اینڈ ڈیزائن میں طلباو طالبات کی تخلیقی صلاحیتوں کو سراہا۔ وفد کی سربراہ مس پوجا نے دو روزہ دورے کے انتظامات اور بریفنگز پر وائس چانسلر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد کامران کا شکریہ ادا کیا۔
