Dean Faculty of Agriculture and Environment, the  Islamia University of Bahawalpur Prof. Dr. Moazzam Jamil has said that according to the vision of Vice Chancellor Engr. Prof. Dr. Athar Mahboob, research activities in the Islamia University of Bahawalpur have been aligned with national aspirations and priorities. Research activities in the Faculty of Agriculture and Environment have an important role in the country's agricultural economy. Research on cotton, intercropping of maize and soybeans and establishment of an agro-economic zone through artificial rainfall in Cholistan are some of the most important projects in any university in the country's history. He said that agricultural graduates are in high demand at national and international levels and agricultural graduates from the Islamia University of Bahawalpur are honing their skills at national and international level. He said that spring admissions are open and the last date to apply for BSc Agriculture, BSc Forestry, BSc Agri Business, BSc Food and Technology in the Faculty of Agriculture and Environment is January 10, 2023.

ڈین فیکلٹی آف ایگریکلچر اینڈ انوائرمنٹ اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور پروفیسر ڈاکٹر معظم جمیل نے کہا ہے کہ وائس چانسلر انجینئر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر اطہر محبوب کے ویثرن کے مطابق جامعہ اسلامیہ میں تحقیقی سرگرمیوں کو قومی امنگوں اور ترجیحات سے ہم آہنگ کیا گیا ہے ۔ فیکلٹی آف ایگریکلچر اینڈ انوائرمنٹ میں تحقیقی سرگرمیاں ملکی زرعی معیشت میں اہم کردار کی حامل ہے۔ کپاس پر ہونے والی تحقیق، مکئی اور سویابین کی انٹر کراپنگ اور چولستان میں مصنوعی بارش سے ایگرو اکنامک زون کا قیام ملکی تاریخ میں کسی بھی جامعہ میں سب سے بڑے اہم منصوبے ہیں ۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ زرعی گریجویٹس کی ملکی اور غیر ملکی سطح پر بہت زیادہ مانگ ہے اور اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور سے فارغ التحصیل زرعی گریجویٹس قومی اور بین الاقوامی سطح پر اپنی صلاحیتوں کا لوہا منوا رہے ہیں ۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ اس وقت سپرنگ ایڈمیشن جاری ہیں اور فیکلٹی آف ایگریکلچر اینڈ انوائرمنٹ میں بی ایس سی ایگریکلچر، بی ایس فارسٹری، بی ایس ایگری بزنس ، بی ایس سی فوڈ اینڈ ٹیکنالوجی میں آپلائی کرنے کی آخری تاریخ 10 جنوری 2023 ہے۔
