MNA Makhdoom Syed Mubeen Ahmed met with Worthy Vice Chancellor at Baghdad-ul-Jadeed Campus

Member of the National Assembly Makhdoom Syed Mubeen Ahmed met with Vice Chancellor Engr. Prof. Dr. Athar Mahboob at Baghdad-ul-Jadeed Campus today. On this occasion, the progress of Liaquatpur campus was reviewed. Liaquatpur Campus Director Dr. Aurangzeb and Azem Cheema Advocate were also present in the meeting. Makhdoom Syed Mubeen Ahmed paid tribute to the Vice Chancellor Engr. Prof. Dr. Athar Mahboob for establishing the university campus in Liaquatpur and said that this campus will open new ways of educational, social and economic development in the area. The vice chancellor said that the classes will start in the campus in the October and the campus will be inaugurated soon. There has been strong support from all political, social circles and civil society for campuses across the region. Campus Director Aurangzeb said that currently the admission campaign in Liaquatpur campus is going on and students are applying in 26 disciplines. The renovation of the new building will be completed soon and the campus will be opened for classes.

رکن قومی اسمبلی مخدوم سید مبین احمد نے آج وائس چانسلر انجینئر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر اطہر محبوب نے بغداد الجدید کیمپس ملاقات کی۔ اس موقع پر لیاقت پور کیمپس کی تعمیر و ترقی کا جائزہ لیا گیا۔ ملاقات میں ڈائریکٹر کیمپس لیاقت پور ڈاکٹر اورنگزیب اور عظیم چیمہ ایڈوکیٹ بھی موجود تھے۔ مخدوم سید مبین احمد نے لیاقت پور میں یونیورسٹی کیمپس کے قیام پر وائس چانسلر انجینئر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر اطہر محبوب کو خراج تحسین پیش کیا اور کہا کہ اس کیمپس سے علاقے میں تعلیمی، سماجی اور معاشی ترقی کے راستے کھلے گے۔ وائس چانسلر نے کہا کہ اکتوبر میں کیمپس میں کلاسز کا آغاز ہو جائے گا اور جلد ہی کیمپس کا افتتاح کیا جائے گا۔ پورے علاقے میں کیمپس کے لیے تمام سیاسی، سماجی حلقوں اور سول سوسائٹی کی طرف سے بھرپور حمایت کی گئی ہے۔ کیمپس ڈائریکٹر اورنگزیب نے بتایا کہ اس وقت لیاقت پور کیمپس میں داخلہ مہم بھرپور انداز میں جاری ہے اور 26 شعبہ جات میں طلباء وطالبات اپلائی کر رہے ہیں۔ نئی عمارت کی تزئین و آرائش کا کام جلد مکمل کر کے کیمپس کو کلاسز کے لیے کھول دیا جائے گا۔
