Prof. Dr. Muhammad Asadullah Madni Chairman Department of Pharmaceutics and Director Quality Enhancement the Islamia University of Bahawalpur is currently participating in the esteemed Pak-Sri Lanka Faculty Exchange Program, organized under the Pak-Sri Lanka Higher Education Cooperation Program. As part of this significant international academic engagement, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Asadullah Madni visited the University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka, where he conducted a series of impactful meetings aimed at fostering academic collaboration and strengthening institutional linkages between Pakistan and Sri Lanka. During his visit, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Asadullah Madni held a pivotal meeting with Prof. Imendra Kotapola, Dean, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, to review and discuss the diverse undergraduate and postgraduate programs offered by both institutions. Both academic leaders expressed a strong mutual interest in launching joint academic ventures, collaborative research initiatives, and student and faculty exchange programs. The potential signing of a Memorandum of Understanding was also actively considered to formalize and support these prospective collaborations. In addition, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Asadullah Madni engaged in a focused meeting with Dr. H.W.A. Sewwandi Subasinghe, Head, Department of Pharmacy, University of Ruhuna. Their discussions revolved around organizing specialized guest lectures for pharmacy students, conducting academic quality enhancement sessions for faculty, and exploring avenues for curriculum modernization and the adoption of innovative teaching methodologies in line with international quality assurance frameworks. Further enriching this academic exchange, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Asadullah Madni has commenced delivering a series of lectures to various pharmacy classes at the University of Ruhuna. His lectures focus on the latest trends in bioequivalences, advanced dosage form sciences and nano pharmaceuticals, offering students valuable insights into emerging pharmaceutical technologies and global advancements in drug delivery systems. These strategic academic engagements and knowledge-sharing initiatives represent a significant step toward promoting academic excellence, fostering research innovation, and cultivating sustainable institutional partnerships between The Islamia University of Bahawalpur and leading universities in Sri Lanka. On this occasion, the Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran, lauded Prof. Dr. Muhammad Asadullah Madni for his distinguished representation of the university on this international platform and extended his best wishes for the continued success of this academic collaboration, aimed at enhancing the global standing and academic outreach of the Islamia University of Bahawalpur.

بہاولپور (پ ر) پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد اسد اللہ مدنی چیئرمین شعبہ فارماسیوٹکس اور ڈائریکٹر کوالٹی انہانسمنٹ اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور نے پاک سری لنکا ہائر ایجوکیشن کو آپریشن پروگرام کے تحت منعقدہ پاک سری لنکا فیکلٹی ایکسچینج پروگرام میں شرکت کی۔ پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد اسد اللہ مدنی نے سری لنکا کی روہنا یونیورسٹی کا دورہ کیا، جہاں انہوں نے پاکستان اور سری لنکا کے درمیان تعلیمی تعاون کو فروغ دینے اور ادارہ جاتی روابط کو مضبوط بنانے کے مقصد سے متعدد مؤثر ملاقاتیں کیں۔ اپنے دورے کے دوران، پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد اسد اللہ مدنی نے پروفیسر ایمیندرا کوٹا پولا، ڈین فیکلٹی آف الائیڈ ہیلتھ سائنسز کے ساتھ ایک اہم میٹنگ کی تاکہ دونوں اداروں کی جانب سے پیش کردہ متنوع انڈرگریجویٹ اور پوسٹ گریجویٹ پروگراموں کا جائزہ لیا جاسکے۔ دونوں تعلیمی رہنماؤں نے مشترکہ تعلیمی منصوبوں، تعاون پر مبنی تحقیقی اقدامات، اور طلبہ اور فیکلٹی کے تبادلے کے پروگرام شروع کرنے میں مضبوط باہمی دلچسپی کا اظہار کیا۔ ان ممکنہ تعاون کو باضابطہ بنانے اور اس کی حمایت کرنے کے لیے مفاہمت کی یادداشت پر ممکنہ دستخط پر بھی غور کیا گیا۔ مزید برآں، پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد اسد اللہ مدنی نے ڈاکٹرایچ ڈیبلیواے سیونڈی سباسنگھے، سربراہ، شعبہ فارمیسی، یونیورسٹی آف روہنا کے ساتھ ایک اہم ملاقات کی۔ ملاقات میں فارمیسی کے طلباء کے لیے خصوصی گیسٹ لیکچرز کے انعقاد، فیکلٹی کے لیے تعلیمی معیار کو بڑھانے کے سیشنز کا انعقاد، اور نصاب کی جدید راہیں تلاش کرنے اور بین الاقوامی معیار کے فریم ورک کے مطابق جدید تدریسی طریقہ کار کو اپنانے کیبارے میں تفصیلی بات چیت کی گئی۔ پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد اسد اللہ مدنی نے یونیورسٹی آف روہنا میں فارمیسی کی مختلف کلاسوں میں لیکچرز کا سلسلہ شروع کردیا ہے۔ ان کے لیکچرز حیاتیاتی مساوات، جدید خوراک فارم سائنسز اور نینو فارماسیوٹیکلز کے تازہ ترین رجحانات پر توجہ مرکوز کرتے ہیں، جو طلباء کو ابھرتی ہوئی فارماسیوٹیکل ٹیکنالوجیز اور ادویات کی ترسیل کے نظام میں عالمی ترقی کے بارے میں قابل قدر بصیرت فراہم کرتے ہیں۔ یہ اسٹریٹجک تعلیمی مصروفیات اور علم کے تبادلے کے اقدامات تعلیمی فضیلت کو فروغ دینے، تحقیقی جدت کو فروغ دینے اور اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی آف بہاولپور اور سری لنکا کی معروف یونیورسٹیوں کے درمیان پائیدار ادارہ جاتی شراکت داری کو فروغ دینے کی جانب ایک اہم قدم کی نمائندگی کرتے ہیں۔ اس موقع پر وائس چانسلر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد کامران نے اس بین الاقوامی پلیٹ فارم پر یونیورسٹی کی نمائندگی پر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد اسد اللہ مدنی کو سراہا اور اس علمی تعاون کی مسلسل کامیابی کے لیے نیک تمناؤں کا اظہار کیا جس کا مقصد اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور کی عالمی سطح پر حیثیت اور علمی رسائی کو بڑھانا ہے۔
