IUB Achievements and Improvements: Alumni Pay Tribute to Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran.

Senior Alumni and President of IUBean Alumni, Ijaz Ahmed Faqehi has said that the efforts made by Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran for the improvement and well-being of the Islamia University of Bahawalpur in the last few months are commendable. He expressed this while addressing a function held at the Directorate of Alumni. He said that in a short period of time, Prof. Muhammad Kamran has taken good steps for the regularization of teaching and research activities and the welfare of employees and students. On the direction of the Vice Chancellor, the university administration is also preparing to organize the centenary celebrations of the university in a befitting manner. Director Alumni Dr. Shahid Mahmood said that on the instructions of the Vice Chancellor, a mega convocation and a big alumni function will be held in connection with the centenary celebrations. Director Public Relations Dr. Shahzad Ahmed Khalid, Professor Dr. Muhammad Shahzad Rana, Alumni office bearers Muhammad Niaz Ahmed, Ahmed Sher Kathia, Arsalan Arshad, Asma Arshad, Osama Bin Tariq, faculty members and staff were also present on the occasion. The Director Alumni administered the oath to the newly elected office bearers and expressed hope that the alumni would play their role for the development of the university.

سینئر ایلومینائی اور آئی یو بین ایلومینائی کے صدر اعجاز احمد فقہی نے کہا ہے کہ گزشتہ چند ماہ میں اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور میں وائس چانسلر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد کامران کی طرف سے بہتری اور بھلائی کے لیے کی جانے والی کاوشیں قابل تحسین ہیں۔ انہوں نے اس بات کا اظہار ڈائریکٹوریٹ آف ایلومینائی میں منعقد ہونے والی ایک تقریب سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے کیا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ پروفیسر محمد کامران نے مختصر عرصے میں تدریسی و تحقیقی سرگرمیوں کی باقاعدگی، ملازمین اور طلباء و طالبات کی فلاح و بہبود کے لئے احسن اقدامات کئے ہیں۔ وائس چانسلر کی ہدایت پر یونیورسٹی انتظامیہ جامعہ کی سو سالہ تقریبات کے شایان نشان انعقاد کے لئے بھی تیاری کررہی ہے۔ ڈائریکٹر ایلومنائی ڈاکٹر شاہد محمود نے کہا کہ وائس چانسلر کی ہدایت پر سو سالہ تقریبات کے سلسلے میں میگا کانووکیشن اور ایلومینائی کی بڑی تقریب منعقد ہوگی۔ اس موقع پر ڈائریکٹر پبلک ریلیشنز ڈاکٹر شہزاد احمد خالد، پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد شہزاد رانا، ایلومینائی عہدیداران محمد نیاز احمد، احمد شیر کاٹھیا، ارسلان ارشد، اسماء ارشد، اسامہ بن طارق، فیکلٹی ممبران اور وملازمین بھی موجود تھے۔ ڈائریکٹر ایلومنائی نے نومنتخب عہدیداران سے حلف لیا اور امید ظاہر کی کہ سابق طلباء و طالبات جامعہ کی ترقی کے لیے اپنا کردار ادا کریں گے
