Government of Punjab Welfare Initiative—Sanjhi Sabzi-Muft Sabzi: Start of Vegetable Cultivation at the IUB
28 July 2026: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif's Welfare Initiative Sanjhi Sabzi - Muft Sabzi, vegetable cultivation started in Islamia University Bahawalpur. Commissioner Bahawalpur Division Irfan Ali Kathia was the chief guest on this occasion who started the sowing of seasonal vegetables in the field earmarked for this purpose in the agricultural farm of Baghdad ul Jadeed Campus.
