Dr. Khalid Mehmood, Assistant Professor, Department of Clinical Medicine and Surgery, Faculty of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur, attended the 3rd International Agrobiodiversity Congress (IAC) to present his research paper in Kunming, China. The Congress was co-organized by Yunnan Agricultural University (YNAU) and the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS). Dr. Yi Wu Associate Professor, Institute of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine, College of Veterinary Medicine, Yunnan Agricultural University, Kunming, Yunnan Province, China had invited Dr. Khalid Mehmood. This visit was fully sponsored by the College of Veterinary Medicine, Yunnan Agricultural University, covering all expenses. Dr. Khalid Mehmood visited the Animal Care Hospital and participated in interactive sessions with faculty members and postgraduate students from the Faculty of Life Science and Technology, Kunming University of Science and Technology, China, and the College of Veterinary Medicine, Yunnan Agricultural University, China, for prospective collaborative research and to apply for research grants under One Belt and One Road. Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Muhammad Kamran and Dean Faculty of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Prof Dr Khalid Mansoor have praised the international research collaboration of Dr Khalid Mehmood.
