BOS meeting led by VC Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran approved the BS Artificial Intelligence and Climate Change program.

The first ever BS degree program blended with the artificial intelligence has been approved at Islamia University of Bahawalpur. A special meeting of the Board of Studies of the Institute of Agro-Industry and Environment was held under the chairmanship of Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran. The Vice Chancellor said that his entire focus is on quality education. This is the reason he has attended the meeting of the Board of Studies of the Institute of Agro-Industry and Environment. The meeting has approved the Artificial Intelligence and Climate Change BS Degree Program. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran said that all the teaching programs of Islamia University of Bahawalpur have been integrated with AI blended course contents. Keeping in view the current national and global trends and job market needs, Islamia University of Bahawalpur has decided to integrate all teaching courses with Artificial Intelligence. The VC said that along with modernizing the curriculum, marking standards will also be improved and focus will be placed on improving teaching standards also. He said that our youth needs such a teaching model that can benefit them and enter the global market with confidence. Director of the Institute of Agro-Industry and Environment, Professor Dr. Ghulam Hassan Abbasi said that with the vision of Professor Dr. Muhammad Kamran, Vice Chancellor and the attention of Professor Dr. Tanveer Hussain Turabi, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture and Environment, the best BS program in Artificial Intelligence and Climate Change is being introduced. After obtaining a BS degree equipped with local and global environmental changes and artificial intelligence, the youth will be able to get the best jobs not only in Pakistan but also abroad. The meeting was attended by Professor Dr. Dost Muhammad Khan, Dean of the Faculty of Computing, Professor Dr. Shafqat Ali, Professor Dr. Najia Sahar, Dr. Muhammad Ali, Dr. Rafiq Ahmed and Faisal Shahzad, lecturer.

اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور میں مصنوعی ذہانت سے لیس پہلے بی ایس ڈگری پروگرام کی منظوری دے دی گئی۔ وائس چانسلر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد کامران کی زیر صدارت انسٹی ٹیوٹ آف ایگرو انڈسٹری اینڈ اینوائرمنٹ کے بورڈ آف سٹڈیز کا خصوصی جلاس منعقد ہوا۔ وائس چانسلر نے کہا کہ اُن کی تمام تر توجہ کوالٹی ایجوکیشن پر مرکوز ہے۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ وہ انسٹی ٹیوٹ آف ایگرو انڈسٹری اینڈ اینوائرمنٹ کے بورڈ آف سٹڈیز کے اجلاس میں شریک ہوئے ہیں۔ اجلاس میں آرٹیفیشل اینٹیلی جنس اور کلائمنٹ چینج بی ایس ڈگری پروگرام کی منظوری دی گئی ہے۔ پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد کامران کا کہنا تھا کہ اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور کے تمام تدریسی پروگرام اے آئی بلینڈڈ یعنی اے آئی سے مربوط کردئیے گئے ہیں۔ اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور میں دورِ حاضر کے قومی اور عالمی رحجانات اور جاب مارکیٹ کی ضرویات کو مد نظر رکھتے ہوئے تمام تدریسی کورسز کو آرٹیفیشل اینٹیلی جنس سے مربوط کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ نصاب کو جدید بنانے کے ساتھ ساتھ مارکنگ کے معیارات کو بھی بہتر بنایا جائے گا اور تدریسی معیارات کی بہتری پر بھی توجہ مرکوز کی جائے گی۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ ہمارے نوجوانوں کو ایسے تدریسی ماڈل کی ضرورت ہے جس سے فیض یاب ہوکر وہ عالمی مارکیٹ میں اعتماد سے داخل ہوسکیں۔ ڈائریکٹر انسٹیٹیوٹ آف ایگرو انڈسٹری اینڈ انوائرمنٹ پروفیسر ڈاکٹر غلام حسن عباسی نے کہا کہ پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد کامران وائس چانسلر کے ویژن اور پروفیسر ڈاکٹر تنویر حسین ترابی ڈین فیکلٹی آف ایگریکلچر اینڈ اینوائرمنٹ کی توجہ سے آرٹیفیشل اینٹیلی جنس اور کلائمنٹ چینج کا بہترین بی ایس پروگرام متعارف کرایا جارہا ہے۔ مقامی اور عالمی ماحولیاتی تبدیلیوں اور مصنوعی ذہانت سے لیس بی ایس ڈگری حاصل کرنے کے بعد نوجوانوں کو نہ صرف پاکستان بلکہ بیرون ملک بہترین ملازمتیں حاصل ہوسکیں گی۔ اجلاس میں پروفیسر ڈاکٹر دوست محمد خان ڈین فیکلٹی آف کمپیوٹنگ، پروفیسر ڈاکٹر شفقت علی، پروفیسر ڈاکٹر ناجیہ سحر، ڈاکٹر محمد علی، ڈاکٹر رفیق احمد اور فیصل شہزاد لیکچرار شریک ہوئے۔
