At the Islamia University of Bahawalpur, the Punjab government is establishing three daycare centres.

In a significant development, the Women Development Department Government of Punjab is establishing three daycare centres at the Islamia University of Bahawalpur. In this regard, Prof. Dr Rubina Bhatti, Dean Faculty of Social Sciences and Focal Person for Daycare Centres, along with Prof. Dr Asif Naveed Ranjha, Chairman Department of Social Work and Dr Tahira Shamim, presented cheques amounting to over four million rupees received from the Women Development Department to Prof. Dr Muhammad Kamran Vice Chancellor at Abbasia Campus. Vice Chancellor appreciated the dedicated efforts of Prof. Dr Rubina Bhatti and Prof. Dr Asif Naveed Ranjha for coordination with the en De Development Department Punjab to set up daycare centres facilitating the university’s faculty and staff. On this occasion Vice Chancellor handed over the cheques to Treasurer Bashir Hussain for further financial processing to expedite the establishment process of the daycare centres.

بہاولپور (پ ر) ویمن ڈویلپمنٹ ڈیپارٹمنٹ حکومت پنجاب اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور میں تین ڈے کیئر سنٹرز قائم کررہا ہے۔ اس سلسلے میں پروفیسر ڈاکٹر روبینہ بھٹی ڈین فیکلٹی آف سوشل سائنسز اور فوکل پرسن برائے ڈے کیئر سنٹرز نے پروفیسر ڈاکٹر آصف نوید رانجھا چیئرمین شعبہ سوشل ورک اور ڈاکٹر طاہرہ شمیم کے ہمراہ عباسیہ کیمپس میں پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد کامران وائس چانسلر کو ویمن ڈویلپمنٹ ڈیپارٹمنٹ کی جانب سے موصول ہونے والے چالیس لاکھ روپے سے زائد مالیت کے چیک پیش کئے۔ وائس چانسلر نے ڈے کیئر سنٹرز کے قیام کے چیک خزانہ دار بشیر حسین کے حوالے کیے۔ وائس چانسلر نے پروفیسر ڈاکٹر روبینہ بھٹی اور پروفیسر ڈاکٹر آصف نوید رانجھا کی ویمن ڈویلپمنٹ ڈویلپمنٹ ڈیپارٹمنٹ پنجاب کے ساتھ مل کر یونیورسٹی کے فیکلٹی اور عملے کی سہولت کے لیے ڈے کیئر سنٹرز کے قیام کے لیے کاوشوں کو سراہا۔
