A three-day festival was organized by Islamia University Bahawalpur Performing Arts Society and Directorate of Students Affairs. The chief guest of the festival was Engr. Prof. Dr. Athar Mahboob, Vice Chancellor, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur. In the biggest festival of the year organized in Islamia University of Bahawalpur, the students showed their performances through dramatic sketches. On this occasion, the students enlightened the audience about various social problems in a dramatic manner. Music, regional dance, Saraiki Jhomar and Atan of Gilgit were well performed in the festival. On this occasion, Prof. Dr. Abdul Wajid Khan Advisor Performing Arts Society  said that the purpose of this festival was to highlight the talents of students. He said that the University Performing Arts Society is providing a platform to the students which plays an important role in building and nurturing the personality, ability, confidence of the students of Islamia University Bahawalpur.

اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاول پور کی پرفارمنگ آرٹ سوسائیٹی اور ڈائریکٹور یٹ آف سٹوڈنٹس افیئرز کے زیر اہتمام تین روزہ فیسٹیول منعقد کیا گیا۔ فیسٹیول کے مہمان خصوصی انجینئر پروفیسر ڈاکٹراطہر محبوب وائس چانسلر اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاول پور تھے۔ اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاول پور میں منعقدہ سال کے سب سے بڑے فیسٹول میں طلباء وطالبات نے ڈرامائی خاکوں کے ذریعے اپنی پرفارمنس کا مظاہرہ کیا۔ اس موقع پر طلباء نے ڈرامائی انداز سے حاضرین کو مختلف سماجی مسائل سے روشناس کرایا۔ فیسٹیول میں موسیقی، علاقائی رقص، سرائیکی جھومر اور گلگت کے اتن کو خوب پذیرائی ملی۔ اس موقع پر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر عبدالواجد خان ایڈوائزر پرفارمنگ آرٹ سوسائیٹی نے کہا ہے اس فیسٹیول کا مقصد طلباء وطالبات میں موجود صلاحیتوں کو اُجاگر کرنا ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ یونیورسٹی پرفارمنگ آرٹ سوسائیٹی طلباء وطالبات کو ایک ایسا پلیٹ فارم مہیا کر رہی ہے جواسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاول پور کے طلباء وطالبات کی شخصیت،صلاحیت، اعتماد کی تعمیر اور پروان چڑھانے میں اہم کردار ادا کرتا ہے۔
