The Vice Chancellor of the Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran, has said that the university is playing its role in the rehabilitation of flood-affected people with the cooperation of the government and the private sector. This is a huge challenge and the entire nation is united to face this challenge. The Vice Chancellor expressed these views while meeting representatives of the government and the private sector at his office in Abbasia Campus. These individuals included Syed Tanser ul Hassan Tirmizi, Director FBR, Fatima Bibi, Assistant Director Civil Defense Bahawalpur and DG Khan Region, Syed Zain Ali Kazmi, Former Member Board of Governors Bahawal Jamkhana, Syed Rizwan Ali, Chairman Makka Solar, Naseer Ahmed Nasir, Former President Press Club, Rana Amir Shahzad Pelican Development Organization. Prof. Dr. Asif Naveed Ranjha, Focal Person IUB Flood Relief Cell, Dr. Shahzad Ahmed Khalid, Director Public Relations, Fatima Junaid, Deputy Registrar Public Affairs and Lecturer College of Art and Design Farjad Faiz were also present.

اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور کے وائس چانسلر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد کامران نے کہا ہے کہ یونیورسٹی حکومت اور نجی شعبے کے تعاون سے سیلاب سے متاثرہ افراد کی بحالی میں اپنا کردار ادا کررہی ہے۔ یہ ایک بہت بڑا چیلنج ہے اور پوری قوم اس چیلنج کا مقابلہ کرنے کے لیے متحد ہے۔ ان خیالات کا اظہار وائس چانسلر نے اپنے دفتر واقع عباسیہ کیمپس میں حکومت اور نجی شعبے کے نمائندوں سے ملاقات کے دوران کیا۔ ان افراد میں سید تنصیر الحسن ترمذی ڈائریکٹر ایف بی آر، فاطمہ بی بی، اسسٹنٹ ڈائریکٹر سول ڈیفنس بہاولپور اینڈ ڈی جی خان ریجن، سید زین علی کاظمی سابق ممبر بورڈ آف گورنرز بہاول جم خانہ ، سید رضوان علی، چیئرمین مکہ سولر، نصیر احمد ناصر، سابق صدر پریس کلب، رانا عامر شہزاد پیلیکن ڈیولپمنٹ آرگنائزیشن شامل تھے۔ پروفیسر ڈاکٹر آصف نوید رانجھا فوکل پرسن آئی یو بی فلڈ ریلیف سیل، ڈاکٹر شہزاد احمد خالد ڈائریکٹر پبلک ریلیشنز، فاطمہ جنید ڈپٹی رجسٹرار پبلک افیئرز اور لیکچرر کالج آف آرٹ اینڈ ڈیزائن فرجاد فیض بھی موجود تھے۔
