A cheque distribution ceremony for 48 students from Balochistan studying at Islamia University of Bahawalpur was held at Baghdad-ul-Jadeed Campus. Directorate of Financial Assistance the Islamia University of Bahawalpur organized the event with the collaboration of Balochistan Education Endowment Fund (BEEF), which is a scholarship program launched by the Government of Balochistan for the students of Balochistan province studying in educational institutions of  other provinces. The objective of BEEF is the promotion of quality education in the youth of Balochistan enabling them to contribute to the nation building. As many as 48 students at Islamia University of Bahawalpur have been awarded financial support under the scholarship program, who received their cheques of 2nd and 3rd installments amounting to a total of Rs. 28 million, from Vice Chancellor the Islamia University of Bahawalpur Prof. Dr. Naveed Akhtar. The Vice Chancellor congratulated all meritorious students and advised them to focus on their academic objectives to achieve excellence. The Vice Chancellor also appreciated the efforts of the staff of the Directorate of Financial Assistance in assisting with procedural requirements of allocation and disbursements. Dean Faculty of Chemical and Biological Sciences Prof. Dr. Shazia Anjum was also present at the occasion. Prof. Dr. Areeba Khan, Director Financial Assistance, expressed gratitude to the Vice Chancellor for his support and appreciation.

بہاول پور(پ ر) ڈائریکٹوریٹ آف فنانشل اسسٹنس اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاول پور کے زیر اہتمام بلوچستان سے تعلق رکھنے والے 48 طلباء وطالبات میں بلوچستان ایجوکیشن انڈاومنٹ فنڈ سکالر شپ پروگرام ( بیف) کے تحت 28 ملین روپے کے چیک تقسیم کرنے کی تقریب کا انعقاد کیا گیا۔ بلوچستان ایجوکیشن انڈاومنٹ فنڈ حکومت بلوچستان کی جانب سے شروع کیا گیا ایک اسکالرشپ پروگرام ہے۔ دوسرے صوبوں میں زیر تعلیم صوبہ بلوچستان کے طلباء کے لیے بلوچستان ایجوکیشن انڈاومنٹ فنڈ کا مقصد بلوچستان کے نوجوانوں میں معیاری تعلیم کو فروغ دینا ہے تاکہ وہ قوم کی تعمیر میں اپنا حصہ ڈال سکیں۔اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاول پور میں 48 طلباء و طالبات کو اسکالرشپ پروگرام کے تحت مالی تعاون سے مستفید گیا ہے، جنہوں نے اپنی دوسری اور تیسری قسطوں کے چیک وصول کیے جن کی کل رقم 28 ملین روپے تھی۔ پروفیسر ڈاکٹر نوید اختر وائس چانسلر اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاول پور نے تمام ہونہار طلباء و طالبات میں چیک تقسیم کیے اور کہا کہ وہ اپنے تعلیمی مقاصد پر توجہ مرکوز کریں تاکہ بہترین کارکردگی کا مظاہرہ کیا جا سکے۔ وائس چانسلر نے ڈائریکٹوریٹ آف فنانشل اسسٹنس کی ٹیم کی لگن اور محنت کو بھی سراہا۔ ڈین فیکلٹی آف کیمیکل اینڈ بائیولوجیکل سائنسز پروفیسر ڈاکٹر شازیہ انجم بھی اس موقع پر موجود تھیں اور انہوں نے تقریب کے اختتامی کلمات کہے۔ پروفیسر ڈاکٹر اریبہ خان، ڈائریکٹر فنانشل اسسٹنس نے وائس چانسلر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر نوید اختر کی رہنمائی اور سرپرستی پر شکریہ ادا کیا۔
