The 4th Quarterly Meeting of the Institutional Quality Circle (IQC) for the Academic Year 2025-26 was held , chaired by Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran.The meeting was attended by the university’s administrative and academic leadership, including deans of faculties, treasurer, controller of examinations, representative of the registrar, concerned directors, and the lead student representative.
Director QEC Prof. Dr. M. Asadullah Madni presented the agenda and highlighted key quality enhancement initiatives spearheaded through the IQC forum.
Major policy and strategic presentations included
Transnational Education (TNE) Policy presented by the director international linkages, adjunct faculty engagement policy presented by the additional registrar university strategic plan presented by the dean faculty of social sciences,
university-wide digitalization initiatives presented by the director IT and open and distance learning initiatives and concerns presented by the dean faculty of education.Director QEC Prof. Dr. M. Asadullah Madni also presented the QEC yearly progress report 2025-26. The report outlined major achievements including PREE-based self-assessment exercises, Graduate Program Reviews (GPR) RIPE report and the current status of program accreditations across the university.
University performance score of previous years was also presented for the members.

تعلیمی سال 2025-26 کے لیے ادارہ جاتی کوالٹی سرکل کا چوتھا سہ ماہی اجلاس وائس چانسلر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد کامران کی زیر صدارت منعقد ہوا ۔ پروفیسر ڈاکٹر ایم اسد اللہ مدنی نے ایجنڈا پیش کیا اور فورم کے ذریعے کوالٹی بڑھانے کے کلیدی اقدامات پر روشنی ڈالی۔ اہم پالیسی اور اسٹریٹجک اقدامات ٹرانس نیشنل ایجوکیشن پالیسی اسٹریٹجک پلان فیکلٹی انگیجمنٹ پالیسی ڈیجیٹلائزیشن اور فاصلاتی تعلیم کے اقدامات سے متعلق آگاہی فراہم کی گئی۔ ڈائریکٹر کیو ای سی پروفیسر ڈاکٹر ایم اسد اللہ مدنی نے سالانہ پیشرفت رپورٹ پیش کی۔ رپورٹ میں اہم کامیابیوں کا خاکہ پیش کیا گیا ہے جس میں خود تشخیصی مشقیں گریجویٹ پروگرام کی جائزہ رپورٹ شامل ہے۔ علاوہ ازیں گزشتہ سالوں کی کوالٹی تعلیمی کارکردگی کا سکور بھی پیش کیا گیا۔
The Islamia University of Bahawalpur was established in the year 1975 by upgrading historical institute of the Jamia Abbasia.
