A rally of teachers and students was taken out at the Islamia University of Bahawalpur under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran, Vice Chancellor, in connection with Youm-e-Takbir. The Vice Chancellor said in his address on the occasion that on May 28, 1998, Pakistan crossed a milestone by carrying out a nuclear explosion and overturned the imbalance of the region and the Indian nuclear monopoly. The benefit of this is that now, from May 6, Pakistan has responded to the aggression that India had started with double strength. Pakistan’s nuclear power has shaken the enemy and forced him to kneel. He asked the youth to devote their energy to the pursuit of knowledge and the security and stability of the country.

اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور میں یوم تکبیر کے سلسلے میں پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد کامران وائس چانسلر کی قیادت میں اساتذہ کرام اور طلبا و طالبات کی  ریلی نکالی گئی۔ وائس چانسلر نے اس موقع پر اپنے خطاب میں کہا کہ 28 مئی 1998 کو پاکستان نےایٹمی دھماکے کرکے ایک سنگ میل عبور کیا تھا اور اس علاقے کا عدم توازن اور  بھارتی ایٹمی اجارہ داری کو زیر کیا۔ اس کا فائدہ یہ ہوا ہے کہ اب چھ مئی سے انڈیا نے جو جارحیت شروع کی تھی پاکستان نے دگنی طاقت سے اسکا جواب دیا ہے۔  پاکستان کی ایٹمی طاقت سے دشمن پر لرزہ طاری ہوگیا اور وہ گھٹنے ٹیکنے پر مجبور ہوگیا۔ انہوں نے نوجوانوں سے کہا کہ اپنی توانائی حصول علم اور ملکی سلامتی اور استحکام کے لئے وقف کردیں۔
