The term "Arabic" may refer either the truth literary Arabic (Fusha) or to the many localized varieties of Arabic commonly called "colloquial Arabic".
Arabs consider literary Arabic as the Standard language and tend to view everything else as mere dialects.

This article is a discussion of a case study of Arabic language and its problems. The discussion resolves around the Arabic language process and its reconstruction focusing on some of linguistic issues encountered in the original and how they were resolved.
