The entry test for
admissions in Engineering Colleges was held at the Islamia
University of Bahawalpur. More than 1700 candidates
participated in the test. The test was conducted by
the UET, Lahore. Prof. Dr. Mukhtar, Vice Chancellor
visited test center at University College of Engineering
& Technology, Baghdad ul Jadeed Campus. He also
interacted with parents and relatives of candidates
in waiting area. Students and their parents appreciated
and thanked the Vice Chancellor for the arrangements
of sitting area, proper security, medical and parking
facilities.
The Islamia University of Bahawalpur is offering Engineering
admissions in four disciplines including Electrical
(Power), Electronic, Telecommunication and Computer
Engineering. The university has extended admission date
in all disciplines till 24th September, 2010.
