Two scholars from the Islamia University of Bahawalpur have been selected by the world renowned universities for post-doctoral research in the fields of Pharmacy and Medical Physics. Dr. Asadullah Madni, Assistant Professor, department of Pharmacy will leave for University of Auckland, New Zealand to study new technologies for cancer treatment. Dr. Saeed Ahmed Buzdar, Assistant Professor, department of Physics will proceed to University of London to study role of MRI and CT Scan in diagnosis of cancer. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Mukhtar, Vice Chancellor, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur has felicitated both the scholars and termed this development a significant step for the university towards academic and research excellence.
