Around 1000 girls candidates participated in the admission test at the center established at Baghad-ul-Jadeed Campus of the Islamia University of Bahawalpur for entry into medical colleges of the Punjab. The test was conducted by the University of Health Sciences, Lahore. On the direction of Vice Chancellor IUB Prof. Dr. Muhammad Mukhtar the university management had made special arrangements for candidates and their parents which include sitting area, drinking water, medical aid, car parking and security while special buses of the university provided pick and drop to candidates. Senior faculty members, Dean Faculty of Pharmacy/Director Student Affairs Prof. Dr. Mahmood Ahmed and Dean Faculty of Education Prof. Dr. Karamat Mahmood were also present on this occasion to ensure smooth conduct of the test. |
