Flood Relief Cell of the Islamia University of Bahawalpur has received medicines worth Rs. 0.6 million from German organization, Senior Expert Service (SES). Prof. Dr. Muhammad Mukhtar received these medicines for the IUB Flood Relief Cell in the presence of six German Medical team members, visiting the University to participate in flood relief activities. The Vice Chancellor thanked the SES for providing this donation and hoped that collaboration with further strengthen in future. Six members German team currently staying at IUB has established Medical Camps for flood affectees of Rahim Yar Khan and Muzaffar Garh districts. The IUB Flood Relief Cell has already provided medicines worth Rs. 0.3 million for the treatment of flood victims. Medical Superintendent, Bahawal Victoria Hospital, Dr. Malik Altaf Hussain, Registrar and other senior officials were also present on this occasion.
