This screen gives the faculty a one-window-operation
environment. Through this one page the faculty can
access all the relevant information. |

The faculty can see all the classes
that s/he is teaching and access their class rosters
, Gradebook , grade rosters .
Click on the class roster icon ,against
the desired class: |

In the class roster you can view
the enrolled students, their pictures, their ID, names
and academic level. This screen also shows the current
enrollment count of the class.
Pressing the grade book icon takes
you to the Gradebook screen: |

Over here the instructor can
enter the marks/grades. As the instructor enters the
marks the system automatically calculates the average,
% and the grade. The student records user guide gives
the details on how to enter the grades and update
the grade roster.
The Gradebook is used for entering
grades however once the marks/grades are final they
will be published to the grade roster. Pressing the
grade roster icon takes you to the grade roster. |

There are two types of Grade
rosters one if for sessional (named mid-term) and
the other is final. In the highlighted dropdown above
you can choose the roster and update the grades if
desired. The Student Records user guide gives details
on the process that the faculty should follow in updating
and publishing the grade roster.
The instructor can click on “View
my Weekly Schedule” to see his/her weekly teaching
schedule as shown below:
