ADMISSION NOTICE
FIRST MERIT LIST
The following candidates have been selected for admission to First year Class for the academic year 2012-2016 subject to the following conditions
1 Any candidate who is found (at any time) to have obtained admission by making any mis-statement in the admission form or by will, full concealment of any material fact
(Particularly about marks, division, fictitious admission to the department/Institute/College or employment expulsion, conviction etc.) shall be removed from the rolls of the university.
2 Students shall pay their dues in the University Branches of the Habib Bank Limited after obtaining necessary challan forms from the department before the close of banking hours by
04-10-2012. Those who do not deposit their dues within the prescribed period shall loose their right of admission.
3 The University reserves the right to correct any typographical/clerical omission etc.
4 The candidates who are not registered with Islamia Univeristy Bahawalpur shall produce the Migration Certificate/NOC from their respective
University/Board before the commencement of classes failing which their admission may be cancelled.
5 Candidates not selected on their first or second preference will have to secure the admission first. They will be promoted to the technology of their higher preference if they 
fall in the merit of the higher preference and also there are vacant seats in the concerned department. Otherwise they will remain in the same discipline.
6 Students are directed to bring their original documents for verification and the submission of original matric certificate
